Great and very easy. We paid when we got to the parking deck. We didn't have to scan our qr code as they read my license plate and it opens the gate

Great parking experience. I parked for four days and most of the time the gate read the license plate of my rental car and the gate opened automatically. If I needed the scan the QR code it was very quick. Turn up your phones brightness and angle the phone back a bit so the reader can see it. It opened in less than a second.

Garage is clean and safe. Only problem is how the area markings to find vehicle are not clear. Was looking for 3e ramp and it didn't follow the lettering on floor three. Went from 3d to 3f. Luckily there were ppl in 3f area who helped me find 3e ramp. Lol

It’s very easy to enter the parking lot and there are a lot of parking places. Also it’s very safety and easy to access the millennium park , Maggie C parks. I bought the parking tickets online , it is only 15 for up to 6 hours parking ! After parking there , can go around the parks and the lake front ! It is a very convenient and great parking garage .

Convenient parking garage if you want to see the bean. Also enough clearance for full size trucks. Book online to save money. Prices are fair. Pretty good experience relative to other downtown garages in major cities.

Location is amazing and central to pretty much any attraction in the area. I paid online ahead of time and exiting was a breeze - scan the ticket that you get upon entry to the garage and then scan your QR code from the online purchase - which saved me over twice as much by prepaying online. Car was safe in this garage all weekend. Only issue was the lane to get into the Millennium garage (far left lane) was coned off so I had to loop around and enter via the Lakeside entrance (far right lane) and in the process accidentally entered the Grant Park North garage but really not a big deal, just give yourself a little extra time to get into the garages and you'll be set.

I loved the area—it was great entertainment with lots of variety and so many different things to do. It’s very diverse and lively. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the restrooms are pretty far apart, and most public restrooms require you to buy something before you can use them. So if you need to go, try to wait until you’re at a restaurant.
